The planning fee covers our research and your personal plan. It does not include the cost of flights, hotels or activities. You book and pay those directly with each travel company, so your travel money goes straight to them.

Do you book the trip for me?
We plan it and send you links to book each piece. You book and pay the airline, resort and tour companies directly, so your travel payments never pass through us and you deal with each company's own terms and protections. If you'd like help while you book, just reply to our email.
Is the planning fee part of my trip cost?
No. The planning fee pays for our research and your personal plan. Your flights, hotel and activities are paid separately to each company.
Are prices in my plan guaranteed?
No. Travel prices and availability change constantly and are set by each company. Your plan shows the prices we found when we researched it, so book soon for the best chance of getting them.
When does the clock start?
The 5 to 7 or 1 to 3 business days start when your payment and complete trip details are received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Can I make changes?
Yes, one round of changes by email is included. Bigger changes, like a new destination, need a new request.
Should I get travel insurance?
We recommend considering it for any trip you can't afford to lose. Compare policies directly with insurance providers and read their terms; we don't sell or advise on insurance policies.
